Great location. Good breakfast.
Staff a bit nonchalant. There were documents that were supposed to be waiting at reception up on for us. No real effort to locate them.

All of the staff were very friendly and attentive.
All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable....the restaurant food was very good. This location is good...right downtown and close to several sights, parks, restaurants and a 3 block walk to get to the malecon on the river.
Everything was fine...and all went well.

The audacity of continental motel
This Property was despicable. The room was dirty and we noticed it about 30 minutes after we got into the room and the receptionist had the audacity to tell us because we were in the room 30 minutes prior to us finding out that it was this dirty on the mattress it probably was us that placed the stain. That was extremely unprofessional and because I had a flight to catch back to California I didn’t have the time to entertain their foolishness. I should of never stayed at a hotel that isn’t well known such as Oro verde, Hilton or Marriott.
